Tips Before purchase
- Countries and individual regions have different regulations regarding the classification of structures based on complexity, including the placement of "non-demanding structures," which include mobile and modular homes.
- Every investor must independently examine the legislation for the classification and categorization of these structures. In the administrative process, it is often necessary to obtain a building permit and report the start of installation. An important aspect of the regulation is the definition of all the conditions required for the use of the structure.
- All information must be obtained by the investor before purchase from official local authorities, who are solely responsible for current administrative and spatial acts. The investor is responsible for the compliance of the documentation.
- In accordance with the procedures, the manufacturer guarantees that the product complies with the required regulations, ensuring the appropriate safety of the structure.
Important information
- Modifications and alterations are not possible. We do not manufacture mobile or modular homes according to customer plans unless it involves projects of at least 25 units. In such cases, it is always necessary to consider legislation, factors of the production process, and logistics.
- For installation conditions and information on applicable legislation and building permits, you must contact exclusively local authorities where the structure will be placed. Legislation varies between different countries.
- Information about available plots in camps and resorts can only be provided by our authorized representatives, if accessible.
- If you want to place a mobile home in a camp or resort, you must contact the owners or operators directly.
- A prerequisite for the delivery of a mobile home is a plot with prepared terrain, pre-prepared infrastructure and installations, and a suitable and sufficiently wide transport road to the installation location.
